Lyndsey Brantley is a national recognized beauty training instructor and certified Medical Aesthetics Practitioner, she is a mentor to estheticians, and the founder of Camellia Alise, a company dedicated to elevating the spa industry as a whole. In the 9 years she has spent in the industry, she has worked with some of the best and brightest spa owners in the field; and contributed her expertise to the branding and positioning of major product launches; spoken to and trained hundreds of spa employees on product development; and developed educational training programs for aspiring spa owners in over 20 states.

Lyndsey received her bachelors in structural engineering in 2008 and then transition into the medical aesthetics field in 2009. After battling with sensitive skin and ingrown hairs as a symptom of PCOS, and seeing many of her friends and clients do the same, the idea for Camellia Alise was born.

Seeking a way to naturally prevent the ingrown hairs and skin irritations, she had always dealt with, and finding nothing on the market, Lyndsey used her medical aesthetics license to formulate the Camellia Alise natural skincare products that met her needs and the needs of those who also struggle with ingrown hairs, acne, scars, and stretch marks. Her goal was to help them achieve radiant skin they can be proud of.

As the business grew, she saw the need to find funding in nontraditional ways and began pitching in competitions to secure business funding. After successfully wining over 10 competitions and securing over $65,000 in alternative funds Lyndsey began developing courses and teaching others how to secure funding too.

As Lyndsey continued in her skincare career, she recognized that lack of proper education on proper skincare and wellness were a prevalent problem for her community so she developed the "Camellia Alise Academy" and opened the "Camellia Alise Studios" to further educate those in her community and to also offer her students a space to host workshops and launch their own beauty businesses at an affordable price!

Lyndsey's passion is connecting with her students inside of the Building Spa Empires program, a set of group coaching and video training programs that teaches aesthetic experts how to increase their sales and revenue. The program is extremely successful for aestheticians due to its combination of video trainings, live video group coaching calls, in person events, and an engaged online community. AMAZING!! Finally a book that actually teaches and is not a waste of money

This book gave me so much insight and hope, especially not having a background in beauty. I loved the honesty of the different challenges Mrs. Brantley experienced, rather than painting a picture of all “rainbows and roses”. This book can help anyone (rather if they have no experience or previous experience) of the dos and don’ts in the world of beauty. It gave me the confidence and confirmation that I needed to get started and I’m looking forward to taking her class. Thank you!!!

Thank you so much, we are glad you enjoyed it!!!

I read this book in one setting, it was very informative. I enjoyed the ease of the read, the she is extremely passionate about her craft. What I appreciated the most was her personal note, the links for things you may wish to do or look into and have no clue what companies to reach out too. I promise you will not regret purchasing this book. It's a great gem to have in your collection, hopefully the author will write more books in the future.
